Password hard time remembing then

Computer and password.
Been working with computer for over 20year I see people trying to remember password has to be this long with a captail and sometime even a number (had a customer once they wanted a good password set up I said 8 letter with a number the customer said

 we can't have that as i don't know any words with a number in it  

so that got me thinking

why not remeber a password phase  "Igo2thebeach"  try and forget that

• could be a song name

even "Imnumber1"  or Iswim@thepool   <= that is a good as it has a @ in it   

so remeber a phase not a password

a good trick  i use for web site is "1234[websitename]"  this has help me out a lot

talking about web site you should a hotmail,Gmail account also and put that address in the email address why full you email box up with spam ??
